Cayas Canopies Rental Policies

Deposit / Cancellation

A 50% deposit is required at the time a reservation is made. You may cancel any rental items for a full refund until 30 days prior to the event date at 5pm. You may cancel any rental items within 29 days of the event date and forfeit the 50% deposit on the cancelled items. You may add items anytime based on availability.

Payment

Payment in full is required prior to delivery.
Credit Cards accepted: MasterCard – Visa – Discover – American Express

Delivery

Rates will be applied based on the distance from our warehouse. All rental & delivery fees are based on “to the door” or ground floor deliveries.
Additional fees will apply for difficult access to the delivery site.

Installation

All tents and accessories, dance floor and staging prices include installation and removal. Set up of tables and chairs is available for an additional fee.

Long-Term Rentals

Special rates are available for long-term rentals.

Loss or Damage

Missing or damaged items will be charged to the renter.
